“Essence of Christmas”

              Christmas time is one of the most awaited time specially us, Filipino. We can now smell the Christmas air which reminds us that it’s approaching again. We can see a lot of Christmas decoration to different houses. Everyone gives effort to make this time happy but do we really know how Christmas should be celebrated and its essence. Most of us may not know what the relevance of this day is. For me, it should be celebrated the way it should be. We must put into our minds that it’s not just the food that we eat but it should be the unity of a family to enjoy it and be happy. It’s the time to forgive and forget, to start a new chapter of our life again. It’s just like God in saying, we should be one and enjoy. The life he has given to us.
                   

              It’s the time to bond with our families, friends and love ones. We should make God happy as he saw that we are doing well. It does not matter whether you are poor or rich, as long as you have the kind hear ted heart. Christmas is all about lave to share and give to everyone. It’s about giving of what you have and God will give you more. Let’s make this Christmas day happy and be thankful to God for he gave us life that is worth living for.

Climate Change

Climate change

Everything that surrounds us in nature. It’s a God gift that we must protect and take care of but due to human doings, climate change happens, as time pass by people are the one who destroyed it.

        Illegal logging, burning of plastics and appliances such as refrigerator damage our ozone layer which is the season of the extra heat that we are experiencing. We can’t even endure the heat because the ozone layer which protects us from direct light of the sun has already a great hole. We haven’t think before the possible consequences of it and now we are experiencing our own actions before. Super typhoon and floods are coming because we don’t have many trees in the mountains to absorb water thus resulting also to landslide. We can see that our usual weather before in far different as now. Sometimes, I also say that the weather is abnormal because it changes rapidly from hot day to rainy day. The usual months that we are expecting to be sunny days are now raining. This is what we called the climate change.

        We have still time to do the care of our nature. We are going to suffer if we will not do the right thing. We must take good care of the things which surrounds us.

Going Global Through English Language

Going global trough English language

   

As we have all known English language is an international language that people use. English Language is easy to learn by the people even small children can teach easily.

Language plays a major role in communicating other because it’s the way me understand what one person read to say. Therefore, there must only one language wherein every individual can communicate whoever or where ever they are. That’s why English is our international language to communicate effectively when different people talk from different country. In our country, we have our Filipino language which unites Filipino people. So globally, English language is a major tool in the world. We must give importance on it.

We’ve been studying English subject since we started schooling. Some students are complaining because they say it’s hard to speak English fluently. Filipino people are very cautious because they think they grammar is wrong. But we tend to neglect the significance of learning this language. We have to express in able to learn the English language. Learning it’s step by step will probably be effective in communicating or expressing it in the future. We must be able to know it well in able to be globally competitive. In our chooser future careers, we must be able to understand English language well so you will be confident enough in talking other people.

          We cannot say but most of of us have plan going abroad in the future for better life and we should know to speak English to be able to understand the foreigners. There’s also a news before that they are degrading the capability of Filipino people in speaking English. We must show to them that we can also compete with them globally. Speaking confidently in a trade mark also to become successful. There a lot of careers where in English speaking is a requirement. So at this age we must learn to love the English language to be educated. We will be the vehicle in transforming the Philippines as a globally competitive country. We must love it heartedly to learn it easier so that we will not be shy in talking with others.

    

My Reflection..

    

In this second grading, I promise to do my best so that I can make my grades higher. In this coming quarter, I expected more challenges, and more activities, So that I will do my best to face the challenges. In our subject ICT I have learned how to post a finished blog.

ICT is more interesting subject because students use computer to make easier to work.

My teacher My hero..!!

            What else can we think of when teachers are mentioned? Their understanding, hardships, advices and care for us students. And of course, lectures new lessons, quizzes and assignments. Their sermons to us during times when we were disobedient, or lazy to pass our assignments. Having our teachers, we were able to learned and understand things easier and quicker. Because of their teachings a lot of people have reached and accomplished their goals in life.

       Our second parents, our teachers have help a lot in the contribution of our success. They will be a treasure. However, we should not only express our warmest to our teacher during the 5^th day of the month of October but it should be done.

           We live in a disposable society, its easier to throw things out than to fix them. We even give it a name we call it recycling.

            Now, one of the problem of our country is pollution, because many people throw their waste anywhere, that cause flood. So we must use the 3R's  which Reduce , Reuse,  Recycle to decrease many wastes to prevent the calamities in our country. We can prevent the the calamities by separating the waste in Bio Degradable and Non- Biodegradable is can be sold to earned.
             Love our nature and not to abused because nature is a gift from God to take care , Not to kill.

Modern Day Hero

           The person that I admire most is my parents because they were the one that help me if I have a problem.I'm so very thankful because my parents advise me to avoid bad habits.My favorite hero for me is my mother she helping me to do my homework sometimes and she is working for me to have an allowance.

             I'm so very thankful from God because if no one else, I will never be born.

       Every year, in the month of July, the Philippines observes National Nutrition Month, pursuant to Presidential Decree 49, the Nutrition Act of the Philippines, signed on June 25, 1974. The National Nutrition Council (NNC) leads the nationwide launching of the 39th observance of National Nutrition Month on July 1, 2013, with the theme "Gutom at Malnutrisyon, Sama-sama Nating Wakasan."

        The 2013 National Nutrition Month celebration seeks to raise awareness on issues and actions to mitigate hunger and malnutrition; encourage people, non-government agencies, the private sector, civil society groups, and communities to address the issues, and advocate for stronger political action. The Department of Education (DepEd) and NNC are urging all schools to participate in the celebration by undertaking activities that will highlight the importance of good health and nutrition.

      Various activities have been lined up throughout the country for the month-long celebration, including planting of vegetables and fruit-growing trees at schools, day care centers, communities, hospitals, parks, and residences; forums, lectures, and seminars; contests, concerts, exhibits, and sports festivals. Barangay Nutrition Scholars (BNS) are frontliners in delivering nutrition and health services in the barangays, and key implementers in the advocacy for community development projects. Some 22,083 BNS are currently deployed by NNC in 954 municipalities covering 19,032 barangays nationwide.

    This year, NNC member-agencies, local government units, and local chief executives are urged to harmonize programs to ensure that Filipinos have access to adequate, nutritious, and safe food, and that improved delivery and access to social services enhance food localization.

             Mr.President Benigno "Noy Noy" Aquino III The most  powerful person in our country,Philippines.
As a student in secondary level,ive noticed a lot of problems concerning us youths of today,specially us,students.Due to poverty,many of us wasn't able to finish studies and some were even forced to enter child labor,or seek for a higher education attainment as requirement.In some surveys,minors also get involved into prostitutions and other harmful elements in this society.
            Someday,we also wish to be called "headers" i a good way.So please prepare us for a brighter future.
